Unable to save user entry to database due to reason "All user entries in use"

Nov 25, 2015 07:19 PM

Q:

Instant cluster throws a message "All user entries in use" while adding use entry to internal database.

A:

WLAN administrators can make of Internal Server for internal Radius authentication and adding MAC addresses or user name/passwrod that are required to authenticate with internal radius server. As of today, instant cluster only allows 512 MAC/User entry combined. When the limit exceeds 512, instant cluster will throw a message saying "All user entries in use" and will not save any further entry to the local database.

Note: The entry limit may or may not increase in future release.
