Why is that "Wireless Configuration" menu is missing on my Aruba Central account?

Aruba Central is a cloud based managing portal for Aruba Instant Access Points (IAP) and Mobility Access Switches.  One can configure and monitor the IAP cluster and switches remotely. "Wireless Configuration" menu, under the group is where all the configuration can be done. Now, this would get completely missing when all the existing licenses in the account are expired.
