You can convert the IAP to a regular campus AP inside the IAP GUI by going to Maintenance > Convert. You can input the master controller address. The AP will also use the normal master discovery methods like DHCP option 43, aruba-master hostname and ADP.

To convert the AP back to an IAP, you need to physically reset the AP with the reset button.

Tim there is no reset button on the 104, thats the rap3 or RAP155 as far i know!
You will need to consle the AP and do this on the apboot

    To enter on the apboot

Have the AP 104, connect the console cable to the AP and then power it up

And then press enter  until you see the apboot

on the ap boot issue this command

    clear os

    purge env

    save env

    reset

And there you go you will have your ap back to IAP mode!

    Cheers

All IAP models should have a reset button so you can convert back to IAP mode.
I know the 115 and 135 have it and 225
