    How do I allow one client and remove other clients?Is there a way to add one mac-address to IAP-105? I notice if I blacklist one client it will also block the client I want to have access to the wireless.

    You'd want to use MAC authentication.

    Thank you but I noticed I wanted to add addtional clients just as a test.  The access point keeps blocking the client. Thanks again.  I'm curious why on the website or document it doesn't recommend mac -based  authentication.

    MAC authentication just as a security measure is often not liked because it is quite easy (which is relative of course) to change the mac address of a device. so if you allow a certain MAC someone could use that MAC address to gain access.

     

    but sometimes it is just the only way to go and you will have to accept that.
