Can't print from vlan guest

I've set up VC IAP cluster on aruba IAP with version 6.5.4.0-6.5.4. I use the VC to provide DHCP on both SSID: guest and emp. My local network is 192.168.1.0/24. And no filtering/acl on SSID emp.

Every client on both SSIDs can go to local subnet server or Internet, but can't print (show offline) to printers in 192.168.1.0  although I've set SSID to  broadcast-filter none and enable airprint and airplay. Also I can ping from wlan client to that printer server. Please advise.
