    Is there a way to decrease SSID coverage on a single IAP 315?

    For the most part you would decrease the AP power. You may need to provide more context around your question though (what and why).

    It will only be used by a small group (6 devices) in a room so it has been asked to decrease range so they could limit it (hiding is not an option).

    What is minimum Power I can set the IAP 315?

    You can set the power to zero, but the effective EIRP would be about 12dB in 5Ghz (0dBm + 6dB 4x4 + 6dBi) and about 6.6dB in 2.4Ghz (0dBm + 3dB 2x2 + 3.6dBi)
