We had cluster of 10 IAPs 105 but after rebooting 04 of IAP are down and they are not able to joing cluster the other 6 IAP's are working perfectly fine. i have made the factory default to the problematic AP's but no success. When I plug those AP's they get IP address from the DHCP server their power and ethernet LED flash green but their a/n and b/n LED become RED and and do not join cluster and broadcast SSID, Please advice

Make sure those are in the same country code
Also check that auto join is on
Can you console into one of the IAPs ?
Run the log ap-debug from the virtual controller it might show why it can't join ?
Are those in the same segment ?

Did you upgraded recently ? what IAP OS are you running ?

Can you ping those IAPs ?

If you don't see any errors when running the AP-Debug , then run the AP Log System

No we didn't upgrade before the problem.
Yes we are able to ping Ap from net network device

Now to avoid down time I have reset all the AP's to factory default and configure them again and now everything working fine. It seems there was some problem with VC because i tried my own demo IAP but it also didn't join the VC cluster.
