I ust logged in to my VC, it said that a new firmware version is available. I clicked it, it downloaded and said it was successful-restarted all 9 AP's and now my admin username does not work. I was finally able to login and the IAP has been factory reset. Both my networks and their settings are gone. What happen? Do i have to start from scratch again? Why did this firmware upgrade reset my IAP? Help!?!
