Customer has a network of IAP-205s with 802.1x radius auth setup on a server 2003 domain controller. initially this was setup, tested and domain machines/users could connect fine. Recently when the customer started to connect new users he is getting a popup (see attachment) and unable to successfully authenticate. There is a certificate installed on the Radius server per its setup. As far as settings on the ssid, it is network assigned for IP addresses, wpa2-enterprise with Termination enabled. Thoughts on why this would occur?

The popup is a normal part of the EAP process. The only way to elminate this is to manually configure the device or use a configuration utility like QuickConnect or GPO.

Weird, i tried to recreate pretty much the same scenario in my lab using an IAP 135 but do not get this popup.

If there is a certificate on the radius server, termination should be disabled...
