IAP 225 cant setup

    Hi Airheads

     

    I can't configure an IAP 225, I did the factory reset pressing the reset button and through CLI but when it is ready I connect to the Instant SSID and the IP address assigned is 172.31.99.20/23 and gateway 172.31.98.1. I can't reach the gateway 172.31.98.1 through ping tool. Please help me.

    Press and hold the reset button for 15sec while power you AP.

    When is factory default you can connect the AP trough the ssid “setupme or instant” or connect via the lan and https to the IP of the accesspoint.

    Be sure your AP isnt ZTP zero touch provisioned through activate.arubanetworks.com or cloud central.
