I have a IAP-345 converted to standalone. I have two cables plugged into it, over one the AP is powered through POE. My problem is that I'd like both links to be up to get full bandwidth, but only one of the two links comes up--always the port with the POE cable connected. Ports are configured as a lag on the switch side. What is going wrong here?

The relevant config on the switch (Aruba 8320):

    interface lag 1
        description WiFi AP team
        no shutdown
        no routing
        vlan access 1
        lacp mode active
        hash l2-src-dst
    interface 1/1/3
        no shutdown
        lag 1
    interface 1/1/4
        no shutdown
        lag 1

Attached is some log output and the like, for when i plug the POE cable into E0 and when i plug it into E1
