Hi, I have an issue when deploying new devices to my remote locations. I am able to add a new device to my lan that has the airwave server on it and the new device will get the appropriate image and correct config. However, if I plug in a new device at one of my remote locations, it finds the airwave server but it will not grab the image, it stays in an error or mismatched state due to difference in firmware version. If I manually update the firmware on the remote site, it will then grab the config and all is well. All of my sites are connected though our ssl vpn between firewalls. I’ve checked my firewall logs and not seeing anything being blocked. Is there something I’m missing in my airwave configuration for the remote vc's? Any insight is greatly appreciated.
