Is there any way of prioritising all Clients on an SSID/role over the other SSIDs/role on a cluster. I would like to give 80% airtime to one SSID and 20% to the rest, regardless of how many SSIDs or clients there are connected to them.

There is an "airtime" parameter on the SSID that allows you to do this.  http://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/Instant_423_WebHelp/InstantWebHelp.htm#UG_files/WLAN_SSID_conf/ConfiguringWLANPro.htm

In my opinion, it is not very useful to configure airtime parameters, because it make troubleshooting and throughput testing more difficult.  It is also almost impossible to determine the true throughput of your clients.  The best configuration is to allow as many clients to send traffic as fast as possible without restriction.  Anything else restricts traffic and could produce a poor user result.
