IAP manage by airwave, suddenly user get ipv6 and cannot get internet access

    dear All,

     

    suddenly my customer said all of their user cannot get internet access, even already connected to SSID from IAP manage by airwave,

     

    anyone have some idea how this happen ? previously all user normal get dhcp from default virtual network assigned,

     

    and we check all user get dhcp ip v6,

     

    please help

    Please open a support case so that this can get escalated if necessary.

    remember Airwave does not provide DHCP services.

    check your DHCP server to see what has happened.

    The IPv6 address you display in the screenshot is a "link-local" address.

    It's similar to 169.254.0.0 addresses in IPv4

    Devices aren't "getting" these addresses, they're giving up on DHCP and making up their own address.

    You should confirm that DHCP is allowed to pass your user-roles and that the DHCP server which is responsible for that SSID/VLAN is working correctly.
