Hi, I'm trying to identify within the sh run output in what line it is defined which AP is assigned to which RF zone, but I just compared the sh run ouptuts with and without RF zone assignment and they look the same.

Could it be that I need to see into a different config output?

Have you tried the show radio profile command? The active profile of an AP is listed in the Zone column.

Yes, it is seen there, but what catches my attention is that nothing seems to be displayed about it in sh run, I'd think that this command shows everything regarding the configuration.

Though RF Zone is a config, it is applied to individual IAP's.

You can run 'show ap-env' to see if the zone is applied or not.

    IAP-324# show ap-env

    Antenna Type:External
    Need USB field:Yes
    name:IAP-324
    a_ant_gain_10x:50.0
    standalone_mode:1
    uap_controller_less:1
    iap_rf_zone:new5

Thank you for your reply, this command's output is the information I was looking for.

Just curious, do you know if there is a command that shows more information about each AP's own settings?

    Regards

'show ap-env' has to be run for individual IAP's and this shows the ap-specific config. Alternatively, use the WebUI and choose 'AP Environment Details' and run it against the IAP(s).

Rest of the configuration will be same/common for the IAP's.

To view much detailed info, run 'show tech-support' on each of the IAP's for which you need the details.
