Management without "Central"

I have a group of AP-105 APs we purchased from a local vendor, who also set us up with Central to manage the network (although the expensive Aruba switches we bought with the network still don't show up in Central). Is there any other option for managing the APs that is not cloud based? I understand it's a controllerless network but I'm finding Central's interface very difficult to understand and just wanted to see if there is something different built in to the APs I can use to manage them.

    Thanks

You can manage IAPs via the built in Virtual Controller or via AirWave if you have it. Failing this, you can convert an IAP to an AP and manage this via  controller.

IAP can be managed through a L2 cluster.

Do note of its limitation as IAP will not be able to be managed throught a different subnet.
