    hi everybody,

i have three IAP-105 newly delivered. They seem to be corrupt. In fact you can see they try to get their image from an IP address supposed to be a controller. So they might be imaged as ordinary AP-105. They do have the reset button indicating Instant APs.

Is it possilbe to image them via TFT, e.g. by using the tftpboot command? Without haven a controller but maybe an ordinary TFTP server?

    They look like this:

    APBoot 1.2.4.4 (build 26618)

Did you try resetting them using the reset button? I believe the instructions on how to reset them should have been in the box.

No, I don't believe a TFTP is possible.

You can try to reset them :

use a pin to push the reset button and then power up the AP while holding down the reset button for about 5 seconds while the IAP powers up. You will see the green pwr light blinking while the IAP is being reset.

Can you please send me the serial numbers so I can follow up to see what happened with these IAPs?

    thanks,

    Shashi
