    Hi,

We have deployed IAPs on a floor with 3 SSID configured. The client connected to one AP then move to another location with another access point near that area. However, the client experienced this weird thing. Two of the SSIDs configured appeared to be disabled and the he needs to forget the network on his laptop to be able to connect again. I attached here the screenshot of the SSIDs that were disabled after relocation. Dies anyone has an idea to resolve this? Thank you.

Note: SSID with letter G means Guest, E is for Employee and V is for VIP users

    Hi,

    1. Can you please check if the problematic access point is part of the cluster ?

    2. Are you using zone feature to limit the access points which can broadcast the SSID ?

    3. Run the following CLI command on the problematic IAP:

    show ap bss-table

    Hi,

    1. The AP is part of a cluster (1-cluster with 12 IAPs)

    2. No zone is implemented on a specific IAP

    3. I'll post the result of the show command as I have no access to the infra for now.

    Thank you
