    Hello everyone,

     

    In an infrastracture we installed in a shop consisiting of, an IAP with 2 SSID (Guest and employees), a switch and a Sophos XG firewall, the users report slugginess / slowness in their LAN (even with their credit card machine).

    We tested the IAP config with the firewall before implementing them and it worked without a problem. The only differences are a different ISP and a second AP (not Aruba) giving access to the internet.

    We reseted to factory default the IAP and recreated the two SSID but it didnt solve our problem.

     

    Does someone have an idea on where the issue might be?
