Splash Page:: Cloud Guest

    After  login on Cloud Guest`s Splash Page with self-registration and e-mail verification. I am facing the following error:

     

    Access is denied for the following reasons:

      . Network controller is not configured for guest access

    Hi,

    We've the same trouble, after of Login or register showed the next error.

    Hello
    We has resolved this trouble, in this case we need enable the "Override Common Name" and change the "Common Name" default "securelogin.arubanetworks.com" and put this "securelogin.hpe.com".
    Remember you need to assing the "guest license" to the Access Point for each.

    same problem, firmware update and overwrite common name does not fix the issue? Any other ideas?

    Do you've assign a licence from "Cloud Guest" to this IAP? You need assign in Global Settings > Subscription Assignment > Network Services 

     

    Let me know if it work...
