    Hi Guys,

     

    one of our customers has an issue in their logs and we are not sure if there's an issue.

     

    System Authentication Server Radius with ip is down is the alert.

     

    On the radius server the "Access-request message must contain Message-Authenticator" is unchecked as I found earlier in the community.

    I can't find any logs about this issue on the NPS server.

     

    Version 6.5.3.3 is used. Is there a bug?

    Update is available but I'm not sure this wil fix it.

     

    Does someone know how to fix it? Or is it a cosmetic issue?
