    Hi everybody,

I'm trying to use TACACS for wifi client authentication on my wifi LAN. However, looking at the documentation/tutorial/forum, it looks like that TACACS can be used only to allow user to the managemt GUI/Shell of Aruba controller
Can you please let me know if my understandig is right or not?
    Thanks

BTW I have got an ARUBA 7005

    Hi,

You will want to use RADIUS for WiFi client authentication. TACACS+ is used for providing access control (etc) to the administrative interfaces (GUI/CLI).

    Cheers
