    Hi all,

I've got a client with an extremely simple configuration, at this point with 1 IAP-135 running code 6.3.1.8-4.0.0.9. We are having issues with iPads, IOS8, needing to reauthenticate and in general not being stable with their connection to the IAP. This occurs with multiple iPads. The environment they are in tests out cleanly with RF, and other devices, laptops, chromebooks have no apparrent issues. Has anyone found an issue with this and any settings that helps with the problem?

This firmware is dated 11/24/2014 which seems a bit dated and there is 6.4.2.3-4.1.2.1 in early release. What's the feeeling about the early release firmware?

    Thanks,

    Kurt

    Hi,

You need to work on OKC (Key caching) to resolve this issue.

Please feel free to come back if any further help needed.

    Hi Venu,

I've done a bit of research on OKC, but not sure if it applies to my configuration of 1 AP and WPA2-AES. Can you elaborate on how I might implement this to help with this problem.

    Thanks,

Can you please upload the configuration on the SSID,

Or check if you have 802.11r enabled, some IOS devices have problems with the standard

    Hi,

    Thanks for the help.

820.11R was disabled. I did enable it, which is reflected in the configuration. I've included the SSID configuration also:

    wlan ssid-profile BGCDC
    enable
    index 0
    type employee
    essid BGCDC
    wpa-passphrase 3270834dccdda8911181c6c994efb6be1afffff79179baf9
    opmode wpa2-psk-aes
    max-authentication-failures 0
    auth-server InternalServer
    rf-band all
    captive-portal disable
    dtim-period 1
    inactivity-timeout 1000
    broadcast-filter arp
    multicast-rate-optimization
    dynamic-multicast-optimization
    dmo-channel-utilization-threshold 90
    local-probe-req-thresh 0
    max-clients-threshold 64
    dot11r

    auth-survivability cache-time-out 24

    Thanks again for the asssistance.
