iap to cap or rap

    Hi

     

    i have 3 IAP:s running 6.1.3.4-3.1.0.0 and im trying to convert them to either a cap or a rap. My controller is running 6.1.4.1 so there should not be any problem trying to convert them but still i cant. Theres no firewall rule blocking the comunication and im sitting in the same LAN as the controller so i have direct communication to it.

     

    what could possibly wrong?

    I've converted a few iAP93 to cAP with no hitch.

     

    Could you provide a few more details? 

    Model of iAP, what actually happens when you try etc.

    it was a firewall rule after all that blocked it.
