    Hi,

I have a customer with 19 iap 315 and 2 iap 335, firmware ArubaInstant_315_Hercules_6.5.1.0-4.3.1.1_57902 and ArubaInstant_Lupus_335_6.5.1.0-4.3.1.1_57902. There are some SSID, one dedicated to the storage area where there are some panasonic TOUGHPAD FZ-G1 win10pro. They claim random wireless disconnection. I tried with my pc, same ssid, and I had no problem. Now, I forced one panasonic to prefer 5GHz, but I can't force the SSID cause there are legacy barcode scanner. I'm monitoring this one.

No fast roaming parameter are enabled.

    Can anyone help me, please?

    Just looking at your configuration:

    arm
     wide-bands 5ghz
     80mhz-support
     min-tx-power 18
     max-tx-power 127
     band-steering-mode prefer-5ghz
     air-time-fairness-mode default-access
     client-aware
     scanning

You should disable 80 mhz channels (nobody would use that in an open space due to channel constraints).  Your ARM min TX power should probably be 12 and your Max TX power should be 18.  A transmit power of 18 or higher could produce disconnects by making clients "sticky".

You also don't have broadcast filtering enabled on "acmeMag" or "CAST" and that could cause disconnects".  You also have 6 SSIDs which iintroduces alot of management overhead.

    Hello,

thanks I set it, except for "CAST" ssid that need multicast and broadcast.

We will see next days if it is resolved.

    Thanks
