How to I config Aruba with Strongswan for VPN connection?

    Dear my friend,

    I have 100 Aruba 303 devices. I want to configure VPN to manage devices through internet. I am using strongswan malware as vpn server. I have encountered connection problem of AP and strongswan. It is after a period of time, on the strong server, not checking the connection session of the AP to the server vpn. However, when you type 'show vpn status' on the AP, the connection status of vpn is still up. Is there any problem with AP 303, or my strongswan configuration has problems?

    Help me please!

    I have a CentOS 7 server. Strongswan is installed on the server with authentication method ipsecs ikev1. After installation I connected to the AP over the IP VPN. But then the connection was lost. On the AP, I checked with the command 'show vpn status'. And it said VPN is still UP.

    Instant APs only support VPN to a Aruba Controller. Or is there a new feature?

    I use this command:

    ----

    vpn ikepsk
    vpn primary
    vpn backup

    ----

    This is not possible. VPN is only allowed to Aruba Controllers.

    Hello Viet, I didn't try to make them work yet, but judging from the data sheet for the VIA client, it should be pretty straight forward and without any show stoppers. Ask the mailing list, if you have any concrete problems. Regards Noel Kuntze
