Aruba asset tracking solution for hospital

One of our hospital field client want to have a aruba Tag solution for asset tracking.
So i have gone through the some document still I have some queries on this.
Below are the queries.
1.Do the customer need to have their application to track the assets or aruba will provide the app?
2.If aruba meridian is the app provided then , is it a cloud based or we can use it as on premises application.
3.What is the use of aruba tag app? Is it only for device administration for label of devices or we can track the device by this as well.?
4.How we need to integrate the Meridian with the aruba WLAN network.
If you have any solution document for complete setup please share with us.

Aruba tag app is used to configure tags on map similar as Aruba Beacon app and view it on maps.
Meridian editor is cloud solution, you can create your own app or purchase from Aruba meridian who will develop App based on your requirements.
You need to first purchase meridian subscription and also have Aruba WLAN infrastructure to integrate Asset tracking.
