Issue: Failed to configure
Question. I'm using AirWave to create guest users, and every time I create a user his status ends up as: "Error - Failed to Configure". But I've checked some of the controllers and the guest user has been created properly. What's up with that?
Answer. That message shows up if the user wasn't created on any one controller, even it he was created on 99% of the controllers. It's very likely that he wasn't created on at least one of the controllers that AirWave thought he should have been created on.
