How to configure AMP to send email-notification after a reboot

Configuring AMP to send an email to the administrator after a reboot is a one-step process. Simply login as root and use nano (or your favorite text editor) to append the following line to /etc/rc.d/rc.local.

echo "AMP Server Rebooted `date`" | mail s 'AMP Server Rebooted' email@admin.com
