How to customize internal captive portal Banner/ Acceptance policy in Aruba Instant APs?

This article explains the steps to customize the Internal Captive portal banner and the acceptance policies through the WebUI. This feature has been added in OS version 6.1.3.4-3.1.x.x

 

Starting from version 6.1.3.4-3.1, we can now customize the banner and acceptance policy for Internal captive portal users.

 

 

Environment : This article applies to all the IAPs running a minimum OS version of 6.1.3.4-3.1.x.x..

 

  1. Create a new “guest” wireless SSID and navigate to “Security” tab.
  2. Click on the thumbnail to customize the text as shown below:
