What can we do when Airwave login screen is Blank

Question : What can we do when we see the Airwave login screen show blank without the credentials prompt.

 

Environment Information : Airwave : 7.7.9

 

Tested Browser : IE, Mozilla, Chrome

 

Symptoms : We would be seeing the screen as in below screen shot without loading.



We would be able to see all the daemons including httpd daemons running.

 

Cause: This is caused due to cache and cookies on the browser.

 

Resolution : We can resolve this issue by clearing the cache and cookies on the browser and reloading the page. We would be getting the login option.
