Why are some licenses not listed in the Aruba License reports I run?

This license is only displayed when "Include Non-AP Count License" is selected in the report definition:

- PEFVPN (Not an AP count license)

Some other licenses are left out intentionally for other reasons:
- Public Access (only eval license)
- *abg Upgrade (It is temporary kind of license)
