Wired Users on Aruba APs support in AMP 6.1

1. We only support wired users connected to the Ethernet port on remote APs
2. We only support #1 when the remote APs are not in split tunneling mode

Interface bandwidth is not available. Aruba devices do not publish information on their interfaces in their SNMP tables. Also, bandwidth information is not available on wired clients so we cannot sum up client bandwidth and use it as interface bandwidth like we do for the radios
