AirWave RF Performance - SNR client issue

    Hello,

     

    I would like to know the accuracy on the RF Performance dashboard?

    The Airwave have total 7 users, both Health and Speed chart can able to display those 7 users.

    But the SNR chart only display 2 users, could anyone help to explain why it could not list all users in the SNR chart?

    When the client information is displayed and drill down it only display 4 users.

    Is this a controller-based or instant deployment?  

    Do you have more than one controller reporting to Airwave?

    Hi Colin,

     

    It's a controller-based deployment, there're 4 pairs of controllers reporting to this Airwave. Each pair controllers in a Master/Local to serve a specific area.

    It should display all users when you drill down.  If you can, please refresh the page to ensure that all clients are still connected.  If not, please open a TAC case to have it investigated.
