AirWave and MM client numbers are different

  • 1.  AirWave and MM client numbers are different

    I have a delta of about 20 users between the AirWave management service and MM client numbers. 

     

    Although we only have about 100 users across the wireless, 

     

    I am using AMON as preferred, using OS8.2.1.1

    and AirWave 8.2.0.2.

     

    is this a bug or miss config?

    It is probably a bug that has been reported on the forum before, but the causes can be different.

    Please open a support case.  TAC can gather the data needed to file a new defect or add detail to an existing defect.
