AirWave can't receive "clarity" statistics from IAP

    We heve a Virtual IAP cluster (one IAP is the controller) with 100 nodes (IAP-215 and IAP-225, FW version 6.5.1.0_4.3.1.3) managed by AirWave (version 8.2.3.1). I have set up the "clarity" by AirWave (Groups -> Instant Config -> Services -> Clarity ( Enabled all options) (Picture AH01.jpg). Now I receive the statistics in AirWave but only from IAP with virtual controller status. (Picture AH02.jpg) All other IAPs have correct clarity configuration and they have own clarity statistics that IAPs don't send to the AirWave. (Picture AH03.jpg) Between AirWave and IAPs is a Firewall with bidirectional rule allow any any. Could you help me please?

    Hi,

     

    Best way to start would be with a TAC case. TAC should be able to debug this further and find a solution.
