AirWave not showing any clients

    AirWave (8.2.3) is not showing any wireless clients connected to Instant APs.

    Instant APs are correctly showing up in AirWave.

    IAPs are all in Monitor only mode.

     

    How to diagnose what's going on?

    Did this ever work?  How long has this been installed?

    Never worked, running for about 2 weeks.

     

    IAP are provisionned by DHCP with options 43+60

    They show up in the extpected folders based on option 43 setting.

    I can import their setting and configuration goes to "Good", so communication seems to be ok.

    Please open a support case.  Support can run a capture on the data and then parse the capture to make sure you're getting the appropriate info back from the IAPs.
