Airmatch on Airwave Not Showing Data

    Hi all,

     

    Kind of an odd issue here. We are running Airwave 8.2.8.2 and our Airmatch view is not showing any Channel Changes or Channel Change Reasons. It says "No data available" and "No rows available", respectively, see attached screenshot.

     

    I am 99% positive this worked before we upgraded our controllers from 8.2.2.0 to 8.3.0.4, but TAC has been unable to figure out what is happening.

     

    Has anyone else experienced this?

    Have you added Airwave as snmp trap receiver and are you seeing any traps in system>syslog&trap page?

     

    If you havent added airwave as trap recevier try add and check the status

    Yes, we are seeing traps. Please see attached screenshot.

     

    I know TAC was look at this, as well. It's very strange.

    I see syslogs not traps events, can you filter Type drop down and check and also may I know TAC ticket number

    I see you have opened airwave ticket initially and it closed since issue engineer found is on controller not sending traps and airwave utilize traps to update channel changes.

     

    Involving senior engineer to look in to AOS ticket.
