Airwave 3810M Stack

    Hi all,

    I have several 3810M switches in two members stack. Airwave discover most of them as comander and standby by each stack.

    But some of them only discover the comander and no show the stanby member.

    The configuration are equal between each stack group.

    I adding manually new stack of 3810M but only show the comander and no show the standby switch.

    How I can force the airwave to recognize the standby switch??

    Yes, the ArubaOS-Switch software versions and the configurations stack are equals.

    I opened a Aruba TAC case:

     

    Noticed that async_logger_client service was down.

     

    After reboot, successfully commander switch got the switch role as 'commander' and were able to see the standby switch in the neighbor tab.
