Airwave HA option not available

    Hi,

     

    We have 2 Airwave Servers (with active licenses) running AMP 5.1.1. We are not able to active the failover as the service of failover shows "disabled". Kindly advise on how to enable it and/or add a Watch AMP for failover purposes.

    Your quick response will be highly appreciated.

    If I recall correctly, the failover server actually has to run "failover" licenses (rather than standard). Then, you go to that server (once it's up) and "watch" the main server.

     

    Is the second server running failover licenses? I'm not 100% that it was done this way in v5 as it's really old now. I'm sure this is correct for v7, so I would expect it is in v5.

    Failover licenses are required for the standby server to act as a failover
