Airwave NIC Issue

    Hello

    Some times the NIC of my Airwave just stops to work without any apparent reason, then i need to access the CLI and use the network_setup command to restart the network process. 

    I´m using Hyper-V here ant the AMP version is 8.0.9.1.

    Someone has faced this problem ?

    Is there any way to fix it ?

    You should open a case with TAC in parallel.  It could be a wide range of issues that you have...

    We observed this behavior before at another customer site.  It has only been reported with Hyper-V and not with VMware.  We tried doing the usual NIC debuggery.  In the end, taking an amp-backup, rebuilding the Hyper-V instance, and then restoring the amp-backup somehow did the trick for that customer.  This leads me to think that it's something in Hyper-V that possibly caused the issue, but haven't been able to reproduce the issue in our lab.

    I opened a case with TAC, and they are looking into some logs.
