Airwave Not Loading a new floor plan file

    I tired to upload a PDF and or a PNG file of a floor plan on a building in VisualRF. When I choose the file in the building and go under edit and add new floor plan, choose the file; tries to upload but nothing happens no error, nothing. Any ideas? I have not had an issue in the past with doing this. Tried several other browsers and tried a different building and it's the same behavior.

    For a quick test If the PDF is converted to JPEG, does the upload work fine? Whats size of the file? Can you send me privately the files, i will check on my lab server and see the issue? Alternatively, TAC can help on this as well.
