Airwave: Real Time location of LAN MACs

    Does anyone know if Airwave supports the ability to lookup a specific LAN MAC address to determine what switch port it is on. We are about to utilize Airwave as our primary switch management platform. One feature we use a lot in IMC is the Real Time Location to find the location of a client's MAC address on the LAN.

    Yes, Airwave shows the switch and the port the client is connected. Search with client MAC to show the results and click on the client MAC to show the details of clinets which includes the switch and switch port.

    I also wanted to add that the format of the MAC address matters. I used colons for the delimiter and I also had to click the little down arrow to the right of the search box and click on "Active + historical clients (exact match) + all devices".  This is what ended up working for me.
