Airwave Restore Nightly Backup Failed!

Hello Everyone ..

 

Recently i did backup to my airwave server through webui the file size was 71GB , also i copied the last nightly backup (2gb) throuch winscp from airwave-backup folder ..

 

right now i'm trying to restore them to a flat new airwave installation ..

using "./amp_restore -d /tmp/nightly_data.tar.gz" ,

unfortunately this script doesnt work well .. any ideas ?

output from the 71gb file : 

[root@localhost scripts]# ./amp_restore -d /tmp/nightly_data.tar.gz

/bin/tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Are you restoring it to the same version of Airwave?  71GB is very, very large....

As Colin mentioned 71G is too much of a big file we have never seen.

I would like to take a look at the issue. Can you please open a ticket at support@arubanetworks.com and let me know the case number.
