Good afternoon everyone.
Recently we updated our ArubaOS and our airwave to version 6.4.2.5 and 8.0.7.1 respectively.I went today to enable appRF to check the traffic in ArubaOS works perfectly, but airwave is not able to collect this data in AppRF flap that is blank.I checked the credentials of AW and correct.I checked the AMON and AppRF collection setting in AW and correct.I checked the AMP's that are listed on ArubaOS and are correct.I applied the command "Firewall-Visibility" in ArubaOS.I researched here in the forum in ancient post and found nothing relevantI remember when we were controlling 3400 with the older version of ArubaOS and AW worked.Am I missing something?I thank everyone.
Do you have AMON enabled on the controller side?
Is AppRF data enabled in the AMP profile?
Is UDP 8211 allowed between the controller and AMP?
Hello Cappalli,1- Where can I check the Amon is on the side of the controller?2 - The AppRF is active on the AW as a screenshot attached.3- Certainly allows, for there is no firewall between the controller and the AW.
Thank You
If the command output is only this, follow the screenshot attached.
Hi Rafap,
Have you entered valid Telnet/SSH credential for WLC in Airwave ?
To get AMON data properly valid Telnet/SSH credetial are required.
Hi SumaN
What do you mean by WLC? It would be the credentials that are in the Device Setup> Communication> Default Credentials> Aruba. If that's the way credentials are correct, because I used the same to insert the controller in AW. Including the username and password that are the credentials I can log on the controller.
Could you please post a screenshot of that device events logs.
I had to restart my AMP and mysteriously he began to plot graphs in AppRF. Who knows...
I thank you all for your help.
