I have a large number of switches to manage (read/write) in Airwave. Looking into using templates and baseline configs to get started, but one thing we will need to do is create VLAN IDs and IP addresses unique to each site.
I know that I can create dynamic variables in the template, but this would push the same value down to each device - not at all what you want when adding an IP address.
Or, I can manually create dynamic variables under the device management page, which lets me do exactly what I want, but this will become tedious and unmanageable for 2000+ switches.
Is there a way to script / automate adding custom dynamic variables to a large number of devices, from a CSV file or other API method in Airwave?
