Can't reboot multiple controllers in Airwave

  • 1.  Can't reboot multiple controllers in Airwave

    Got a problem with Airwave 7.7.4, when i select multiple controllers (7210) from the folder and select them all for reboot, i get the following error:

     

    No bulk rebootable devices were selected.

     

    Any ideas why?

    There was a bug in Airwave that prevented devices from being rebooted.  It was resolved in 7.7.11.  Slightly different from your issue, but I'd be curious to know if it's related.  Have you upgraded Airwave yet or resolved your issue some other way?
