    Hello!

    I am facing some problem with Clarity and would like to ask you guys if you can help me.

    First of all: is it the separated server for clarity needed? I ask because we always had one, that broke two days ago. I am seeing already some data on Clarity page in AirWave and would like to know it it is necessary yet.

    Second: We have set up another Clarity from scratch and it does not connect to our AirWave Server. They are on the same network, so there is no firewall between them.

    I have this message in clarity server, under /var/log/debug.log:

    INFO - amsSyntheticClientBackendInit:=>Got Airwave parameter as wss://A.B.C.D:60001/clarity. Starting connection...

    ERROR - amsSyntheticClientBackendInit:=>[Errno 110] Connection timed out

    I can see via tcpdump on AirWave the packages incoming, but no responde from AirWave at all:

    May be your server is in old code Clarity engine server feature is been removed from newer Airwave codes and it is no longer supported.

    Clarity feature which we have  in Airwave will provide all the info.
