Network Management

Have you an excellent week!
I´m facing an issue in my Airwave to show the interface information by my Comwares 7. The Comware 5 is working fine.

Error:
Mon Jun 10 12:03:12 2019 System Error in SNMP polling: Unknown error(interface_monitor)
...omitted 28 duplicate messages...
Mon Jun 10 11:33:03 2019 System Error in SNMP polling: Unknown error(interface_monitor)

In a summary the procedure I followed was:
1 - Register using another category as "Custom Device", "Router/Switch" and "Universal Network Device"
2 - Following the procedure suggested from Eric to allow all SNMP version in Comware:

3 - Remove and add a lot of times using different information and configuration.

Adding a device as Universal Network device, it should just work, as long as the device supports the basic networking OID's such has, systemp up/down, uptime etc.

However, in the 8.2.4.x Airwave supported guide, i see the below list:

which type of comware are you using?  attached is the supported guide for your reference.

Considering I´m using the AirWave Management Platform 8.2.4.3, I took as reference the guides below:

Supported Infrastructure Devices:

AirWave 8.2.7.1:

The equipment I´m using is a Comware 5700 using the Release 2432P06 (Bootrom Version: 157)

Before I create the post I tried adding as a Universal Network Device without effect.

Hello, yes, it looks like you are using Federal version of Airwave, which is 8.2.4.3, you will need to look for the reference documents only belong to 8.2.4.x versions, not 8.2.7.x etc.

As discussed, This switch is not yet supported in the federal version of Airwave, which is 8.2.3.4, However, it is supported in the regular version of 8.2.7.x and above.

I would recommend you to get in touch wtih the Sales Team, they can inform you in which version, we are planning to implement this supportablility. please let me know if you have any queries.
