Where might I find the client connected speed (mbps) in Airwave?
I see all the client connections, 802.11n HT 20, 802.11an HT 40, but I'm not sure what speed the client is actually getting?
I do not believe Airwave can determine the speed at which the client is connecting. If you pick a client and select Monitor it will show you the client Signal Quality and Usage. It will also display an Average bits per second in, and Average bits per second out.
Airwave 7.5
Are you using Aruba APs? If so, you should see the client speed on the client detail page. I am incuding the graph that shows the speed over time for a given client

Yes, they are all Aruba WAP's however I don't have the "Goodput" or "Speed" tabs?
To see the Speed and Goodput pages, you need to turn on amon collection in the Aruba Controller on the commandline:
config t
mgmt-server type amp primary-server <AMP IP>
You will find this info, along with other information in the Aruba and Airwave Best Practices Guide here: http://support.arubanetworks.com/DOCUMENTATION/tabid/77/DMXModule/512/Command/Core_Download/Default.aspx?EntryId=8053
